Site B33 or Research Facility B33 was a Boreas Research Facility research facility in Arkhangelsk, Russia. The construction began on February 4, 2016, and was completed on May 21, 2018. The research goals of the facility were classified, but it is believed that the facility specialized in human experimentation. The facility was mostly underground, with 2 stories above ground and 6 stories below. The director of the facility is unknown.

After the dissolution of the BRF on August 7, 2019, the facility was sold off to the Russian government and repurposed by the Rosatom state corporation. The facility was then used for nuclear research.

NTF Incident

On December 26, 2018, Northway Faction violated the cooperation treaty signed with Boreas Research Facility and invaded the facility. The organization sent only one operative — Bakir Zadeh, who was quickly captured by security personnel of the facility. Northway attempted to rescue him, but the BRF executed Zadeh. This incident marked the beginning of the war between Northway and Boreas.
