The Common Research Goal Treaty (CRG-BRF) was a research cooperation agreement between Boreas Research Facility and the United Nations Anomaly Control Organization. It was signed on June 3, 2017, and rescinded on April 6, 2019, after a research facility belonging to the two organizations was destroyed.
The treaty provided for cooperation between the two organizations in the field of anomalous and extraterrestrial phenomena. Both organizations were to share information on possible objects of interest. The treaty also allowed human test subjects to be used during research, but only if the subjects were willing and had previously been on death row. The organizations were also allowed to share facilities and laboratories with each other. One of the more prominent shared facilities was the 46G Facility. This facility was the largest joint laboratory the treaty had.
