The Bulgarian crisis contact was a «representative» of the Omnipotents active during the Bulgarian terrorist crisis of 2011. It is believed that he was the main driving force behind the conflict and had an influence on almost every part of the event. During the events, he appeared to be in his thirties and wearing a simple collared shirt with briefs. He contacted multiple participants of the crisis, including many key figures of the independent militarized factions period of Earth, Terje Chayyim, and others.
He appeared for one last time on November 10, 2107 UST, in front of Denis Urakolouy after the latter killed Viktor Valdemar. Urakolouy later killed the representative, which resulted in the Grand Reset of the W63D Multiverse.
Death
On November 10, 2107 UST, Denis Urakolouy managed to find the location of Viktor Valdemar in the W63D Multiverse. Urakolouy immediately attempted to kill Valdemar, leading to a fierce battle between the two parties. This battle lasted for 3 hours, with Urakolouy ultimately killing Valdemar. Immediately after his death, Urakolouy was transported to an unknown border region of the Omniverse. He was met once again by this representative.
Urakolouy was told that he should not have killed Valdemar, that what he had done had greatly hindered the planned future events. Ignoring everything the representative had told him, Urakolouy shot and killed the representative. This resulted in the Grand Reset of the W63D Multiverse.
